I am inviting two separate groups of Denver County citizens to participate' in one of two 3 hour jury projects to be held on Saturday June 15, 2019.

The first option will be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

The second option will be held from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Both will be held in the North Capitol Hill Neighborhood of Denver.

Participants will listen to and evaluate brief presentations of both sides of a real lawsuit. Our intention is for you to reach a decision and determine the outcome of the lawsuit.

You will be paid $80.00 for the three hours.

Virtually everyone who has participated in these projects says they are interesting, enjoyable, and worthwhile. You need no qualifications or expertise, other than the ability to listen to both sides of a dispute, and the willingness to be as fair as you can be. (participant will need to be able to read and write English without assistance.)

Sunday and/or Monday required!

Personal and reliable transportation is a must! Cleaners must travel to our centrally located office (near Congress Park) to pick up laundry, then to their assigned units in the Denver area and back to the office to drop off laundry.

On average, cleaners are expected to able to complete an average of 3-small/2-medium/1-large units per day within the 4 hour time frame.

There are plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement! I began working for the company about 5 months ago. Since then, I've taken on more responsibilities in the cleaning department, as well as the operations team. If you have a talent, we would love to utilize it and help you grow!

Eye for staging units is a plus! If you don't have professional cleaning experience, but consider yourself a hard working, intuitive and cleanly person with an eye for design, then we are willing to train! Cleaning is a skill, but skills can be learned.

Equivity is looking for part-time virtual paralegals to assist a client with projects involving review of corporate documents and creating and editing cap tables. The selected candidate will be reviewing corporate documents and updating software to provide information regarding the ownership of the corporation. If you are knowledgeable about corporate or securities law, have previously assisted attorneys remotely, and pay meticulous attention to the details, we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of corporate law experience and will have worked in a law firm, in-house legal department, or financial firm within the last six months. The selected candidate will be very technologically adept and have excellent Word, Excel, and Adobe skills. Experience working with cap tables, or assisting with securities or M&A practices would be a definite plus. This role will require approximately 25 hours per week of availability.

We are looking for somebody who has at least 25 hours per week of availability, and the starting pay is $18.50 per hour. Position Summary:

DUTIES

Identify the source of the problem and scope of the water damage
Perform water extraction and pack-out of contents
Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable flooring that was affected by the water loss
Water extraction and mold remediation
Set up and maintain containment areas
Take moisture readings, measurements, set up commercial drying equipment using company guidelines and monitoring daily
Remove damaged or wet building materials
Perform hard surface cleaning
Complete paperwork when a new water loss is reported
Supervise, train, and support other technicians
QUALIFICATIONS

Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form
Restoration experience preferred but not required
Must be familiar with and be able to operate a wide range of equipment common to construction demo
Must be able to work for extended periods of time in varying temperatures that has suffered fire, water and wind damage
Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather
Requires a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
IICRC certifications a BIG plus!!
