Hiring Cleaning Rockstars Immediately (Central Denver)

Hey everyone! I'm the Cleaning Supervisor and member of the Operations Team at Turn Cleaners LLC. We are rapidly expanding and seeking housekeepers to help with cleaning and staging our units.

I am very hands-on in my job role. I would be your daily point of contact, as well as your personal advocate. If you ever have a question or an issue, I'll be your gal!

I've included some pertinent informations about the job details below:

Hours: 10:45am-3:15pm (earlier and later jobs too)
Sunday and/or Monday required!

Personal and reliable transportation is a must! Cleaners must travel to our centrally located office (near Congress Park) to pick up laundry, then to their assigned units in the Denver area and back to the office to drop off laundry.

On average, cleaners are expected to able to complete an average of 3-small/2-medium/1-large units per day within the 4 hour time frame.

There are plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement! I began working for the company about 5 months ago. Since then, I've taken on more responsibilities in the cleaning department, as well as the operations team. If you have a talent, we would love to utilize it and help you grow!

Eye for staging units is a plus! If you don't have professional cleaning experience, but consider yourself a hard working, intuitive and cleanly person with an eye for design, then we are willing to train! Cleaning is a skill, but skills can be learned.

$12/hour for first 8 hours of training
$15/hour for first sixty hours after training (this can be much faster - we need to get you familiar with our properties, systems and ensure your cleaning speed is up to our time standards)
$18/hour after on-boarding evaluation is completed

Our team members are all employees, not independent contractors, so we pay payroll taxes. We don't believe in abusing the "gig" economy, having our people get stuck with a higher tax bill at the end of the year. You'll enjoy our unique "Spoils of War" sharing program for extra incentives.
