EXPERIENCED LEASING POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Local Fair Housing Laws
• Minimum of 6-Months Experience On-Property
• Bilingual - Spanish / English a PLUS, not required
• OneSite, Yardi or Property Management Software Experience
• Identification & Transportation
• Professional Work Attire
• Bilingual - Spanish / English preferred, but not required
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communications
• Ability to Work Weekends
